Fantasy Map
The assignment was to create a fictional map. I created a stylized fantasy map inspired by The Cruel Prince, re-imagining the land of Elfhame with added illustration and color. I used Adobe Illustrator. The original concept lacked detail, so I enhanced it by creating a more immersive and visually engaging design through stylized landmarks, environmental elements, and a cohesive earthy palette. Designed in a hand-drawn, storybook style, the map uses simple shapes, soft line work, and handwritten labels to balance clarity with visual charm, while a parchment texture adds depth and atmosphere.
